I wouldn't think so. It is not as large as a bed pillow. And it would probably be too firm.

No, not big enough for SUV car seat but would highly recommend it for around the house, on regular chairs etc. Extremely happy with mine.

Well, depends how you define "fits"... it is what it is. It's a bit bigger than I'd have liked but it's well made and you can move it around.

Q: Does the cover come off (for washing)? Does it have good air ventilation?

Good Evening, yes the cover does come off 4 washing. Not sure about air ventilation. I used this pillow 4 about a week then had 2 replace it with a larger memory foam pillow be cuz it is too small 4 my needs.
