Lovely mop. Difficult to pop it together as the bottom of the mop was stuck in the bucket once out easy to assemble.

1. Removing handle to prepare for assembly. Very difficult2. Removing inner section with secondary handle. Impossible. Gave up. Retrieved all the cloths etc by pulling through holes3. Bucket leaked through drainage hole.4. Overall quality not what I expected at this price5. Smaller than I expected.6. However the mop washes floor okWould not recommend

Hi , I received the parcel . I had open today . But unfortunately the head the mop is faulty .

Nice but mop broke after a few uses.

Easy to use and does a good job of cleaning.

The mop is a compact item and would be good for light cleaning but unfortunately there is no way to stop the dirty water going into the clean water so if your moping a muddy floor (boot room) the water becomes dirty very quickly

I'm not one to do many reviews, but this is honestly the worst mop & bucket I have ever bought. Initially I could not get the handle off as per set-up instructions, and then by the time you fill it with water, to the top, so it covers the whole mop, it's heavy for me, with a spine condition, to lug around. The mop only "flips" to one side, so when you put into the water unless water is filled to the top, the top of the mop doesn't get wet. If it flipped both ways, you would use less water & all the mop head would get wet. When "dipping" to try, that didn't work to well either, so my tiled floors were left very wet, and lastly, even though I swept or hoovered the floors before washing, if there were any little dust particles I missed, the microfiber cloth did not pick them up, so I had a line of dust I just couldn't grab with the mop head, it just pushed it around the floor. Unfortunately I no longer have the box or packaging otherwise I would have returned it.
