STIGA Synergy Indoor Table Tennis Table with QuickPlay Design for Assembly in 20 Minutes or Less

We are just recreational players so I brought this nicer table as my son and daughter like to play for our family. Our last table was a cheap four piece top that went with a multi-game set. We play enough that I wanted to get something nicer. The play is good and the table does look nice and it folds up easy for rolling into our storage room when we don't need it. It came packed well in one big and heavy box. Quite a bit of pieces to put together but not too bad. I think it took me about 1 hour or maybe 1 1/2 hour to put it together. We use it quite a bit and we are getting better. I brought one nicer racket to try that out and it does help your performance so will buy a few more better rackets if I can get a good price on them. So, also recommend getting some nice rackets to go with the nice table.

I could not be more disappointed. This table takes a full 2 hours to set up and on the final step of the final half, I discovered that the bottom hinges on one side were factory installed backwards leaving the table completely inoperable. I verified this to make absolutely sure that I hadn't missed a step and I even tried unscrewing them from the bottom of the table to simply put them on the right way, however they are factory-riveted and glued and I did not want to destroy the bottom of the table getting them off. I tried calling customer-service but they were gone for the day. My only option at this point is to hope that the company will re-send a new table which will take another day of coordinating with the delivery driver because they will not deliver without an adult present and another 2 hours to re-assemble a new table. Not a great way to start!!!As for the table itself, I can't tell you anything as to how it plays yet but it does appear to be of "higher" quality minus two stupid backward hinges. One surprise is that in storage mode, the legs only fold about 80% inward by design instead of being flush with the table to it takes up a little extra room than anticipated. As for looks, it looks great and wheels really easily. I anticipate that once properly assembled, it will play nice and depending on how my overall customer service experience goes, I will update my overall rating and experience.

Seems to be a nice sturdy table. The reason I am only giving it a rating of 3 stars is I bought it from the description that said no assembly required. Disappointed when it came out of the box legs had to be attached, braces for legs etc. the way it was described that all you had to do is take it out of the box and unfold the legs & it would be ready to go. Our son with his mechanical know how put it together. So description was miss leading and knowing that I would not have bought it.

Ordered this table after the last table ordered was such a disappointing one. This table is extremely strong, heavy and very proffessional looking. My 2 grown sons are in love with it. Also came really well packed, no damage. It did take a little longer to assemble but was well worth it.

Exactly what I expected--beautiful, sturdy table that can be folded up and wheeled away.The assembly is definitely a job for two. There is one step that requires holding the side vertical then sliding the supports in place. Delivery was just as scheduled and the carrier even called the morning of to confirm.

Excellent table. Very pleased. Sturdy. Solid. Worth the extra few $.
