According to the description "Fit for Ford Crown Victoria 1992-2010/ for Lincoln Towncar 1989-2010/ for Mercury Marauder 2003-2004/ for Mercury Grand Marquis 1989-2010" I think they would work fine. By the way, they are not terribly easy to install. You have to work in some pretty tight spaces to remove and replace them. It would be worthwhile to buy the shocks then see if you can find a competent mechanic to install them for you at a reasonable cost.
