Not as expected

Had these gloves for about 2 weeks. I am extremely pleased with their build quality and durability. They do smell like new leather because they are suede/nubuck and that smell will go away within a week of wearing them. They are comfortable to wear and have spared my hands a beating while providing excellent breathability. Easy to put and take off and would definitely recommend them.

Y’all. These grips worked SO well for me! I did Murph for the first time on Saturday and knew I needed grips to get through the 100 pull-ups. I had torn a callous off about 2 weeks ago and it had just healed up and I needed to protect my hands from more rips.These wraps were super comfy the entire workout. Didnt rub my wrists, get loose, or irritate my fingers through all the pull-ups and push-ups. I did manage to sweat through the wrist wraps and the leather grips got soaked :/ but I just threw some chalk on there and went to town!This is my first pair of grips I’ve owned. Was nervous buying them without trying on but the size guide is accurate and the leather is soft.4.5 stars because these grips did have a really funky fish smell to them but I assume that will go away within a few workouts. Was kinda distracting in the middle of Murph.Great customer service team. They assured me the smell would go away with use and Leto g them air out.

These just weren’t for me. For me, they weren’t comfortable and hurt between my fingers and didn’t really protect my hands. The holes that my fingers went through were so long that they went down below the part of my hand that needed protected and did no good. They just pinched and hurt and were stiff. The seller was awesome and customer service was fantastic. They were really great, I just wished I had loved the gloves, too.

Of this was a four finger design, it'd be great but since it's three, that edge that's in-between the pinky and ring finger is very irritating while lifting stuff. It feels like you're holding a pen between those fingers and is just not comfortable. I bought this because I wanted the leather pad for durability and while that's decent, but it doesn't fit snug to your hand which means it moves while you hold and that still creates friction on your hand which is want I want to avoid.

I had originally ordered these with a jump rope by the same brand due to them offering a discount if bundled together. When ordered, I ordered the blue leather as I've had wraps made of the suede material before and they didn't hold up at all. Unfortunately the order ended up shipping out the wrong ones and I ended up getting the brown suede instead of the blue leather. I contacted the company about the issue and they refunded me for the wraps, which was fine, but I'd have to pay the higher price for a reorder as I had already purchased a jumprope for the bundle.Either way, I tried them out and they worked great for the first few weeks of use. The holes for the fingers kept getting larger and larger to the point that calluses ended up being exposed, which was the reason for the wraps to begin with. Overall, I wouldn't purchase the wraps again. The jump rope was a winner though.
