Don't buy this.
In the description of this item, it is stated that it suits the Liberty, however in fact it is designed for the single front wheel push chair. It is not possible to quickly put it on neatly. It is totally miss leading to describe that this product is for Liberty.Unfortunately we live overseas, otherwise I will really ask for a refund. Take my advise, don't buyMy son got at least 10 sand fly bites as this does not fit at all.
