Q: How do u put them in?? Is it a screw on or u just push it in?

No screw, you just push them straight through. The little end just hold them in a little better. They do pull out pretty easy. I use these in my nose and my tragus, much easier to change than all the little push parts and screws for me.

Q: Are these screw in? Do they come apart?

They are not screw in, they do not come apart. They have a ball at the end so you lightly push in and pull out. I did enjoy this bundle of choices.

Q: Can you wear these as Tragus earrings?

Depends? I don't have a tragus piercing but if nose rings have worked for you in the past, then they probably would. They have an L shape hook not a spiral.
