These do actually glow but the room has to be pitch black or it won't show. But when it's pitch black they glow lovely. Easy to use and not bad for what it is and intended for.

We love it! It looks amazing ! As shown in the picture, I put them on the ceiling. From curiosity, I tried to unstick some of them and they don’t come off.

My son loves these. Really easy to apply. They're not a bright as the picture but this isn't a bad thing. Also added some sticker planes.

The moon is big and few stars. But most of it are so so so small
