I don't even think it's a question of if you can, i think it's a question if if you need to, and the answer is: YES. You need to wrap them or they fall off within an hour or so. This adhesive is ridiculously weak.

Q: Can i wear this in a sauna bed?

The best time to use it's after sauna on dry skin
