2nd reviewI just bought my second light. I reviewed this before but I will add more now. The 3M adhesive probably is enough to hold light in place BUT I screwed it on last time. I predrilled hole for screws but in the end, hard hat cracked. So now I’ve bought a new hard hat along with a new light. The screws deformed the mounting bracket that has the 3M adhesive so I thought new was a better way to go. I can’t imagine working in the dark without a light like this. Very handy!My first reviewOverall I’m happy with this light. The buttons to turn off and on can easily be bumped and could result in light being turned on by accident. Also there isn’t a way to lock the light from turning on short of removing batteries. My previous light had this feature. Light is bright enough. I’d buy it again.

Twice broken from the same spot, now both useless, still working but not in my hard head anymore… I’m not buying third time…

Awesome bright! Being intrinsically safe allows me in refineries and areas where such is required. If the sticky mount fails, Velcro tape will work at least as well.

light is very nice but it does not fit on all hard hats, will have to drill and screw on.
