Q: How big a water bottle can this hold?

I could jam a 16 oz Poland Springs bottle in the side pocket but only because it’s flexible. None of my stainless steel bottles or travel cups would fit.

Q: Would this bag be big enough to hold a 15 inch laptop with a stream deck, full keyboard, gaming mouse and Arctis Pro headset?

The bag is not big enough for more than a 15” laptop and keyboard. Hope this helps!

There is no real padding like regular laptop bags. In the image inside separater is a bit thick giving cushion but the back isn't. It's a nice bag though!
