Q: Did the formula change? the first bottle i received was an oil that looked similar to fish oil. the second bottle is a white powder.

Hello! The formula did not change, ACNEtane comes in both "softgel" and "powder capsule" (both vegan); they both have the same ingredients/dosages. Hope that answers the question :)

Q: Seems like overpriced B5 to me?

Aside from vitamin B5, there are other ingredients which massively aid in the process - included the Amino-acid L-carnitine. We are the only acne supplement that contains this vital ingredient as it drastically increases the cost of production. However, we know how important it is and strive to provide customers with the best possible solutions for their problems :)

Q: Mine smell awful like rotten eggs. I feel I kind of taste that too after it’s been in my stomach awhile. Anyone else?

Hi Kelly! Due to the high levels of Vitamin B5 and Amino Acid L-carnitine, there is definitely an unpleasant smell the capsules have. For an alternative, many of our customers that cannot handle the smell have switched over to our smaller bottle, "90 veggie softgels". Since they are softgels, there is no smell and/or aftertaste.
