Shiny gloss black - prints fine
Its always a bit of a punt when it comes to cheap brand filaments, but I have two reels of this printing as I type on a Creality CR-10 and a Prusa/A8 clone and they are printing fine. The finish is very glossy, if this is what you need/want, but as I'm batch printing some small engineering items finish is not as crucial in this case, but I have no complaints.Prices at this end of market can fluctuate, but I'll be buying more if it stays under £15 a KG

As good as the most expensive filaments
Fantastic value, thought I'd try a cheaper alternative to what I normally use and this is great. I wasn't too bothered with the finish as I'm printing a canal lock scene for my railway layout so it'll be painted and weathered but the finish is way better than I'd anticipated. Definitely buy again!

Amazing print quality for the price
This has got to be the best cheap pla I've ever used , sticks great to the bed and is super strong I've just finished doing a set of my own 3d modeled mini puffs and they came out great .

Very good low to zero stringing good adhesive consistency
Low cost but with a premium product

Multiple failed prints
Not yet had a successful print after multiple attempts with this filament (used other 3d filament fine).

Grey - Yellow - Green - Excellent - White - Terrible. Not all colours the same
The Grey is a good filament. I am slowly making my way thorugh all the Yoyi PLA filaments. i have have no problems with Grey, nice finish, easy to print. Settings are 205 degrees on my nozzle. I am almost through the entire reel at this point and it has been stable the entire reel so far.Yellow is a good filament, I am about 3rd of the way through the reel with no issues. 210 Degrees works best on my printer.Green has been good so far, not used a ton of it but has been very stable on the prints I have done. 210 Degrees if I remember correctly.White was awful. I don't know if it was a batch problem, but for a month I struggled to use this and never got any usable prints. Layer adhesion was the biggest issue. I I tried temps from 180 to 245 and could not get any results. I have three year old white PLA that worked perfectly at most temps but the new Yoyi white would not work. Shortly after buying White I noticed it was no longer available, So I do wonder if there was a batch problem with the white. I sent it back and had no trouble with getting my money back. (Which I promptly spent on the green - a much better choice)

So disappointed 😞
No matter what I try print with this stuff it's problem after problem been weak and breaks easy thats if you even get to the end of the print...I can't even print a decent temp tower to test, it's also damp it crackles and pops while printing. Iv been doing this for a long while now and never had these kinda issues,Iv wrote off 1st reel thought for price cant really complain but iv Put the 2nd roll in a dehumidifier and still same outcome,I won't be order again.

Prints okay... when it doesn't snap!
Unlike the PETG filaments I'm used to with Yoyi, their PLA filaments aren't all that great.Printed on my Ender 3 at a temperature of 210 / 50*c, initial adhesion is good. Even with larger, flat prints which are more warp prone, this stuff does stay stuck nicely. It's also not a bad colour of grey although it'd be nice if it was a bit darker like the AmazonBasics stuff is.That's about all the good I can say though because this filament is not without its flaws;1: My reel had small imperfections and contaminants in it. They did not cause any jams though so I would assume this is other plastics or pigments that have somehow got into the filament.2: This stuff bubbles like it's nylon after a soaking in water for 3 weeks. Drying isn't of much help here as PLA is not hygroscopic, so the bubbles must actually be *in* the filament itself, which leads me to...3: The final thing that bugs me about this filament though is how darn brittle this stuff is. Just loading it into my extruder causes it to snap, I've had it snap midway through a big print (which I then had to subsequently cancel and engineer a finishing item for so I don't waste plastic), and just unloading the end off the reel has caused it to snap a couple times as well. Sometimes you get lucky and successfully print an object right before it snaps but my second big print wasn't that lucky.Either this stuff needs to be re-formulated or the QC needs to be managed better but I KNOW Yoyi is capable of far better filaments. Again, they have PETG filaments which work quite well and that I keep coming back to as a good quality, low cost solution.
