the tiles are truly lovely. Merchant was helpful. Tiles were marked lost in transit. Refund given by Amazon, I re-ordered new set of tiles. Then, the errant tiles arrived. (Through NO fault of the merchant!) Merchant was helpful in resolving issue for return of extra tiles.

This is not for outdoor
The tile is pretty but they should not claim that it could be used for outdoor.I bought about 50 small tiles for my patio and half of it already cracked.
