I like the camera and the light is very useful to light up the ear, which helps me find the dirty thing easier. It got charged very quick and they also send a spare stick to replace, which is considerate.

I've bought this before new and this time i trid an open package and ew they don't tell you that its been used. Mine was dirty looking and on top of that the light would randomly shut off. I was so disappointed cuz my first one was amazing. I do this the tip is too big though it hurts

I loved having this device - I could look in my ears for wax or redness. I also used it to look at the back of my throat if I got a sore throat. I found it very useful to look at my teeth/gums after I had an extraction for a molar. I could also use it to send my dentist photos!The only bummer was that it didn’t last forever. Sadly it stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I charged it one day, turned it on to use it? And the view screen was just pink. Like a weird pink scrambled old school tv screen.I might order a new one someday if I think I need it.

The two tips that came with this product broke pretty quickly with little force. The bottoms of them cracked so that they're still together but fall off the instrument. I fixed the problem with some uv resin and they still work fine for me, just a bit annoying that they broke in the first place. Other than that the quality of the camera and app are pretty great and all the features work. I still like this product a lot and definitely recommend, just keep in mind that you might have to reinforce the removable tips.

Camera shows ear canal in great clarity which is both creepy/gross but highly effective in clearing ears of wax.

Don't buy!!!! App doesn't work, doesn't even include the ability to select this product. and device won't connect to wi-fi. Wish I had read the app reviews before purchasing and now I'm past the return window.
