Not a conventional use, but I have been using this on my face with excellent results.I have been at a loss with my skin for a long time, it is SO sensitive, I have lupus, so it flares all the time and I react to everything. My skin was so dry, oily, spotty, and clogged, so uncomfortable! Started putting this on my skin, using it for washing my face too (like an oil cleanse), and within a week, it's solved everything. My teenage daughter has suffered with Seborrheic Dermatitis for years but over the last 12 months, it has been horrific. Her whole scalp was full of scales which would fall out if she moved her head. Oh, and it must NOT contain Lauric acid as that just feeds the yeast which causes the Seborrheic Dermatitis infection.So I bought this, sat her down and went though sectioning her hair and applying it directly to her scalp with a cotton bud. I'm not going to lie, it made her hair extremely greasy. First time she left it on for about 12 hours, showered it off, dried it and we went again.After the third time of doing this, I noticed a really big improvement. Left it a couple of days and did it again.After just 7 days, she had a 'normal' scalp, a scalp that was free from scales and that looked exactly like it should do.That was 3 months ago.We now only do it once a week as a preventative measure and her scalp still looks amazing. As an added benefit, her hair also looks really healthy and glossy and I am sure that this is because of this product.We were absolutely desperate when we tried this and it did in just a week what a dermatologist couldn't do in 12 months.

I bought this oil after a friend recommended it for curbing appetite so decided to give it a try. I love my morning coffee and thought I'd make it a bulletproof one to incorporate the oil. Per the instructions, I did start off with a teaspoon, as I have gluten sensitivity and a sensitive stomach anyways and always take a gently gently approach with anything new. Oil is completely tasteless, it does make the coffee oily, there's no getting away from that but didn't put me off in the slightest. Not only did this totally curb my appetite but I didn't have any stomach issues either. I am mindful that each spoon is approx. 100 cals so only using this once a day but will def continue to do so, highly recommended

I bought thatt oil because was price reduce . Im happy with taste but not happy with lid . Is very hard to open the botle .

I bought this because of good price, I am usually use different brand. This one is just giving me stomach pain. I have tried few times adding to black coffe..and the same result.

I am new to this brand but the first impression is very good. I have Keto diet pills and MCT Oil.Very pleased with the high quality product packaging as for me this is the first sign that the brand is serious. But the most important thing for me is that these supplements are made in the UK and Certified to UK quality and safety standards.

Just what I needed, no flavour, excellent value for money, the only thing I can say that's detrimental is the safety lid can be difficult to remove

I buy this for my dog as she suffers with epilepsy and seizures. This brand is packaged well but has less ratio of C10 (acts more as an anticonvulsant) than the previous brand I bought. Still a great MCT, but for my specific needs, not the best. For your coffee or any other use, it's great.
