R7s LED Bulb 118mm 10W 1300LM Day Light 6000K 110-130V J118 J Type Linear Double Ended 100W Halogen Equivalent for Floodlight Landscape (2 Pack Not Dimmable)

It did seem a bit "fiddily" to get them installed, but that seemed due to the "springiness" of the socket/receptacles. I used a small thin bladed screw driver to assist. POWER OFF! PLUG PULLED!But I did not find them "too long" at all. Just a bit fussy. I replace a halogen with a halogen a few years ago and recall it was a bit fussy too, so, in the real world, not too different at all for difficulty.Also found them quite bright enough, comparable, to my eyes, to the halogens I replaced. But, probably not quite as bright.And MUCH earlier to live with when adjusting the lamp position or just bumping into them while working. No more unpleasant streams of colorful words.

This LED bulb is a great replacement for my old halogen bulb that used a lot of power. This warm white LED bulb is a great replacement, and at 10W is much less money to operate. It is pretty much the same brightness, but with great power savings. It has been working great, and I love the fact it does not get hot the way the old halogen bulb did. I would definitelyrecommend this replacement LED bulb.

These pair of replacement bulbs are slim, so they are good in tight spaces. No flickering or other issues noted, but I haven't seen them in use for more than a few hours. They are warm white, so the color is on the yellow side; they can light up a small room, but not really bright - what do you expect for 10W?The lights are on a timer for about 8 hours/day, so I'll update in a few months about longevity.

More of a blue cool white. Works good enough in our bedroom ceiling fan. Originally bought a halogen daylight but started to smell hot plastic. Removed bulb and replaced with this. Not as bright as the halogen daylight, but maybe a little less yellow than the original. It’s gonna have to do now, I’m not taking it apart again. Update returned item and bought one from the HD that was much brighter

I have two floor lamps with traditional halogen bulbs. This purchase is a replacement with regards to LED blubs. These Lustaled R7s LED bulb(s) are good and energy efficient. One lamp works fine where as the other one goes into flickering after some time. Then I examined the lamp and thought of removing the blaster. But I found the Lamp switch is faulty. So I am happy with the purchase. and the bulbs are excellent replacement with brightness. Can't forecast about Longevity.

but the trade off is that the halogen bulb is 500W and doesn't last a year or two.and now no worries about not touching and putting your finger print oils on the halogen bulbwhich shortens its life

Arrived quickly. 1/3 the price of Home Depot, though Home Depot only carries bright white, not daylight.

For outdoor night security & visual aid flood lighting. They are amazingly bright. Find them just as effective as the 150-300 watt tungsten bulbs using remarkably less power

I'm sure they're wonderful but I need help picking out the proper bulbs.

My flood light used the old halogen 500w bulbs. I had to modify the light to allow the new bulb to fit. The light was cast aluminum so it only took a few minutes to make the hole larger. Time will tell how long they will last. A month and a half later one bulb is done. Contacted seller so will see what happens. The seller made it right by replacing the dead light with 2.

One blew right away, not even trying the second, tossed it in the garbage.

These LEDs replaced the existing halogen with a little persuasion. The brightness isn't quite as bright, but since its being used in outside soffit lighting we'll see how long they last. Its been a month now and so far so good. Recommend this product from this seller.
