This product was a miracle worker. I had struggled with pain in the balls of my feet for two months. These pads gave me enough protection so with the help of a non-steroid all anti-inflammatory, I felt better within a week. It is important to know that you have to find the right shoes for these pads. As for me, I did quite well using my Asic sneakers. My point being, there needs to be sufficient room for the pads so that you don’t experience unnecessary compression. You get two sets of pads in the purchase. One black one neutral. I’d pop them in the washing machine inside a small garment bag every couple of days to keep them fresh.

They go around the bottoms of your foot and provide cushion, comfort, and support. They are not super thick so you can still wear socks and shoes with them too. They help tremendously with the pain.

There is a pad in the bottom these and they fit comfortably on my foot. The piece that goes between my toes doesn’t bother me at all. It fits snuggly and firmly. My feet are no longer aching by the end of day.

I wear a size 7 shoe and have a normal size forefoot/toe area. These fit well and have lasted well. I wash them out by hand with a few drops of detergent, rinse well, and air dry. I only need these for my right foot so I cut the seam that makes a hole for my big toe on the left foot pad and just wear it that way on my right foot. Works fine.

They do their. Unfortunately the part that separates your big toe from other toes ends up biting into your skin in that area making it unberable after a while. I just cut it lose and wore it that way and seems to be doing fine. If you feel you may have to do that after you buy it I suggest you go for the S size so that in time as you wear the pad it remains tight around your feet.

First time I had been without pain since 2009 when I broke my foot. Helped with the swelling in the heat the pain in the cold. Wonderful product
