Both my husband and I have been taking DIM in capsule form for several years after reading about DIM's ability help maintain estrogen balance. In today's world, estrogen dominance can affect both men and women. DIM is purported to protect against breast and prostate cancers that are influenced by excessive estrogen.I was happy to discover that DIM could be purchased in bulk powder form. The recommended amount of DIM powder (1/16th to 1/8 tsp) is easily mixed in food (I usually mix it with my morning oatmeal). Little or no taste when DIM is mixed with food. Remember to store DIM in the refrigerator upon opening.As usual, received my order from Bulk Supplements very promptly.

I bought this to replace another brand and am so happy I made the switch to the pure powder. I mix it into a small serving of apple sauce and have no problems with that. I use the apple sauce after noticing it didn't dissolve well in water or juice. The taste isn't the best if taken alone but I don't even notice it in the apple sauce.DIM is a part of my battle plan against some health issues including adult-lifetime of endometriosis, terrible cramps, and now fibroids. I keep my packet in the fridge with a small measuring spoon in it. Because I take multiple supplements, many of which I've been replacing with pure powders, I bought a couple inexpensive small measure spoon sets and keep the appropriate sized spoons right in the supplement pouches to streamline things. I like that I don't have to keep track of which supplement required which amount since the correct sized spoon is already in each container. I highly recommend doing this if you are going to start using powdered supplements. It's well worth the cost even if you end up with leftover unused spoon sizes from the sets in order to have enough of the sizes you need.So, admittedly, I am not taking this alone but I can say that I'm noticing some good results in my body and DIM is a major player in my routine (which includes teas and supplements aimed at fighting fibroids and achieving healthy cycles). I started my routine a few weeks ago with the promise to myself that I would follow it for 6 months without fail before even considering giving up. I assumed it would be months before I'd notice improvements so didn't want to set myself up to lose hope and quit too soon. I did not expect to notice improvements already. I'm really happy at the things I'm noticing. I'm having less pain, I don't feel as much pressure. That's why I'm writing this review now, if anyone is wondering whether to begin DIM or add it to their battle plan against estrogen dominant issues, I'd say begin asap! You'll have to do your own research on each product and its effects/side effects, my review here is not to advertise the ingredients, but the company selling them. Shipping/delivery speed are about as good as you're going to get. Pricing is too, if not the best. Customer service is prompt and courteous (thanks Kenzie L!). I will be coming back for more. The idea of being able to "bulk buy" really helps when you want to single out 1 ingredient, or don't appreciate the "proprietary blends" that many companies are selling. Instead, you can create your own mix, using what you know works for you (think pre-workout booster, without the stimulants and/or unmeasured proprietary blend ingredients). Here you are getting exactly (and only) what you pay for.

This lowered my estrogen levels by 10 over the course of a few weeks. However, my levels are still around 30 and need to be about half of that, so I'm going on a prescription instead. I think this would be good for those who's levels are already significantly lower than where I am at, but need to come down some.

Works! Boosted my testosterone level 100 points using this with DHEA.Update: Just using DIM now, this is a great product, I will continue to use.
