The verdict is still out. I haven't used it long enough for full opinion but I lift weights 5 days a week and this seems to have helped with inflammation.

I like how the seller specifically states where this organic product is grown.

This is the worst barley grass powder I have ever used. It's like drinking sand; grainy, doesn't mix well and looks like dried yellow grass. I even encountered hard stems in the contents.

Powder was darker in color unlike all of the other brands I've bought before. I reached out to the company who told me it was supposed to be like that. Can't really comment on taste as I always use it to mix in protein shakes. Will not be purchasing again.

I would definitely not recommend this barley grass! The color of the powder is dark - which doesn't bother me, but it doesn't mix/dissolve well and the taste is very bitter! I've tried many different brands - this is by far the worst barley grass
