Don’t work
I ordered a 16 channel security camera system paid top dollar extremely disappointed that only 14 out of the six channels work. We verified it down to the DVR being defective. Customer support is extremely hard and complicated. They have not called me back after several attempts of reaching out to them to help me troubleshoot the issue video quality is less than satisfactory as well for the amount of money that the system cost you cannot even read a license plate 30 feet away.

Great picture quality.
I set these cameras up in our new pharmacy. Easy set up. Great picture quality. Easy and very intuitive software. Still have to try to see how to log in from home.

Best professional grade deal for the money
Having tried several other types of systems offered by Amazon, I was highly impressed. This one is rugged and forgiving, allowing a clutz like me to configure it, eventually, without having to revert to factory settings. Only thing I'm not 100% happy with is the web-side of this. The viewer is fine: RXCamView, but I cannot find any option to record to the cloud as some of the prior units I had could do. Of course, I'm still researching, so if I find out it was just me overlooking something, I'll come back and change the 4 stars to 5.

System is good, but I am having some issues with connectivity ...
System is good, but I am having some issues with connectivity with some of the cameras, working with the distributor on that issue now. If they are able to fix the system I will change to 5 stars. The picture quality is great. After initial settings, the cameras look great, installation is as easy or hard as you want to make it, if your comfortable pulling Ethernet then you will have no trouble.

Love how clear the pictures looked on these cameras. Have had no issues and they worked perfectly for our business.

Worst system ever
I connected 10 cameras in the beginning and all of them stopped working one by one. So replaced 6 with new ones even which stopped working after a power outage. I tried restarting and troubleshooting but nothing works and technical support takes forever to answer

Great product for the money. Had a little trouble installing tech support helped us out and we were able to finish the job
