A good quick fix
A rather flimsy bracket which was cast in with the body of my wood-burning fire had snapped. As cast iron cannot be welded I would have had a very expensive replacement to pay for. I was aware of socalled liquid metal products many years ago and checked Amazon for modern equivalents. The JB Weld product looked OK so I tried it and found that it's a case of "so far, so good".You just get a stick of putty in a plastic tube, cut a chunk off and work the black core and the pale outer layer together THOROUGHLY and squeeze the result in place. It sets quite quickly so don't hang about!I have lit the fire several times subsequently and it's still all right, it copes with the heat but is in a fairly well insulated place so it stays well under the 232 deg C specified. One other thing - wash the stuff off your fingers asap - soap, water and a good scrub works, I'm always careful with epoxies - been using them for years - but I may have been lucky as the can be quite aggressive. Read the label.

Woah
Ok, so I had a crack in a metal pipe in my cars coolant system, it was an old thing that could've done with replacing but I was being lazy and didn't want to take apart my engine. Enter epoxy. This product is fantastic, I'm about 3 weeks post-fix right now without issue, absolutely thrilled. Garage quoted me 180£.Follow the instructions, clean your surface really well and rough it up with some high-grit sandpaper and this is genuinely like metal. Huge heat and psi rating, seems to work perfectly. Knock wood. Its a paste that is easy to knead together and fills spots incredibly, works MASSIVELY BETTER than liquid epoxy's, goes only where you need it to.One small tip, don't use nitrile gloves to knead it together, it eats them up real quick. Thick, dishwashing gloves worked a treat. Buy this.

Effective and easy to use for repair to a gas hob
I needed to adjust the gas flow on one of the burners on my gas hub which had become bent somehow, and was letting too much gas out of one side, leading to uneven heating. I used the putty to build up a layer around the aperture which had become enlarged so that the gap for the gas to flow through was even around the whole burner. Naturally this means that the putty is exposed to the burning gas once the burner was put into operation. The putty was easy to work with, and adhered well to the burner and the repair has been successful with the burner now burning evenly all around.

👍 EASY TO USE & FANTASTIC RESULTS 👍
This stuff is absolutely great for bonding repairs needed where there's high temperatures. I used it on my Skoda Octavia VRS to help attach part of a cooler on the engine block casing on the top 👍 It's easy to use (just knead it to a uniformed black colour) and then apply to the area needed 😊 It sets in an hour and you can work with it after approximately 8hrs ie: drilling, sanding etc 👍 It sticks / grips perfectly and it hadn't budged since applying it.... Absolutely brilliant stuff and definitely recommended for high heat repair jobs 😁

Worked as expected
We used this adhesive to fix the metal handle back onto a saucepan lid. It's a metal-to-metal join. This adhesive has so far done the job as expected. The saucepan lid has been used and become hot a lot of times since being fixed, and it's gone through the dishwasher multiple times. The fix is still strong and there's no sign of any issues.Update Sep 2022It's about a year since we fixed my saucepan lid with this adhesive. There's no sign of the repair failing, and the repaired lid has been used and put through the dishwasher many times.I'd definately recommend this epoxy for fixing metal to metal.
