These exact same par38 bullet cans came on my house when it was built in 2002. They lasted 20 years and were starting to leak because rubber and foam wears out with time. The leak would short and trip the garage GFI which would take out all the landscape lights and refrigerator in the garage. I did some silicone fixes but it would wear out too. I couldn’t find these original ones anywhere so I did a lot of patch work. Well since I finally found them I replaced them and the outlets on the circuit. It’s all brand new again and makes my stone arch way look great at night. I put LED 250-300 watt equivalent in these cans, they run at 20 watts and the rest of the landscaping lights are also LED. My house is super efficient and with charging my electric car too, my electric bill only comes out to around $100 a month. So bring on the light show, I hate dark and poorly lit neighborhoods.

Use to light flag . It works outstanding. I have used over twenty years, not the same one. I would say read instructions and take one of the screws on bottom of the can out for water drainage . I didn't and it allowed water to go down into the box and short out as it is facing upward. The electric guy who wired it up second time drilled a hole in bottom of electric box, which is probably not necessary if you remove the screw on the can. I also would purchase two as down the road you will not find it again. Last I find screwing the bulb in the can an impossible task. Took me several hours and that is with the new can on my lap not installed. Of course once mounted on a box you are going to need prayer to get the bulb in ... Even with all this I still say buy.

Looked long and hard for this product in the local market. Great value and excellent product. Proves to be waterproof ( sometimes a problem for up lights) plus matches our much older bullet style landscape lighting fixtures.

Customer was ok with product when he received it ,but his customer did not accept. Other than that everything was fine.

Sealed around lampholder with caulk and still leaked!
