I was SO excited about this pendant light. I have always wanted one just like it and after recently buying a house, I ordered this one. As soon as it arrived I quickly installed it (and I mean that literally, as it is extremely easy and takes no time at all). Due to just having moved in, I did not have any light bulbs to put in it right away, though I still admired how beautiful it looked. Today I remembered to pick up light bulbs and upon putting one it, flipped the switch; nothing... Nothing happened. I put a different bulb in hoping the first had been a dud, still nothing. I put the original recessed light bulb in and it worked just fine. As beautiful as this light is, I am sad to say that I will only enjoy looking at it (unlit) until I find a replacement. Unfortunately that replacement will be a light from a different manufacturer as I do not wish to have the same problem again.

It took me a couple of tries to get the cord wrapped right so the light would hang correctly and the cover was centered. Once I figured that out it was perfect! It looks great over my small kitchen breakfast bar! It's also way more well-made than I expected; a really nice light fixture.

About 5 minutes to install. Very easy! If you have more than one use a measuring tape to make sure they hang the same height. May take some time to get it just right.
