Q: When you received your eye cream was the container full or half empty?

When I received the eye cream it was in a sealed package, and filled about 3/4 of the way. Hope this helps.

Q: Does this conceal dark spots or does it fix them?

No, it’s not a concealer type eye cream. I don’t have dark circles but it does give your under eye a kinda dewy, nice appearance. It doesn’t irritate my eyes either. I have crazy allergies and sensitive skin. Hope this helps.
