in the photo there are two label cassettes (white and clear) that supposed to be included when i purchase. why its not in the package?

Very happy with this for a lot of reasons, including:- QWERTY keyboard (this really makes a difference if you're making a lot of labels)- save labels in memory that you use often- 2-line printing- good basic formatting options- uses only 4 batteries (AA)

Works like a charm. Comes with clear tape works great bought white tape separate. Love this little machine. I would recommend.

I just had to buy this! I broke the display window on the old one. It still prints the last label but I can't ,or am afraid to, enter a new one. I tried a "substitute" but it never impressed me as much as this model did

love the fact that my pantry is all organized with labels the one draw back is the labels don't stick very well ! Even thought i cleaned the area where i put the labels , good thing i purchased extra tape for the labels looks like i will be needing them
