I love this beautiful lace fireplace mantel scarf! My fireplace is turquoise, brown, a and multi-color tropical tiled hearth (jelly fish, claims, seahorses, turtles-- you name it). It's the main focus in the open floor plan house and I didn't think it could get better but this scarf kicked it up a notch. I bought white, which is quite bright but still works good with my off-white drapery. The price is exceptionally reasonable for this nice piece. It adds a cozy, familiar warmth to the entire room. It makes my mind wander to those long ago cherished visits in older relatives homes.

These are very thin and look delicate, not at all bulky. They give the appearance of fine gauge linen and lace. They are machine made of 100% polyester in the USA. The washing directions say machine wash cold on delicate or hand wash. Line dry or dry flat. Cool iron if needed. I have purchased other polyester linens in the past. If these act like the others they will be slow to stain and wear like iron. If you are looking for authentic antique linens these are not replacements for hand made items. These are a very beautiful and durable modern alternative to high maintenance delicate linens. This mantle scarf is absolutely gorgeous on my chunky mantle. Makes it look elegant.

Bought this for my sons mantle. Room is different greys with whites and blacks. The scarf couldn't match better. Even though the scarf doesn't have any grey in it, the holes that are cut out makes it look like it grey and matches perfectly with his room. The scarf seems of good quality and I would buy this again. Really liked it

The mantle scarf is lovely. Heritage lace still has the most delicate and desirable lace products available.I recommend a five feet mantle for complete coverage, however. Corners of mantle will not have design coverage for a longer one, but the look is still very attractive.
