Brain injury and disabilities
After all of the terrible service that I had got from them I would let everyone know not to buy anything from these people because I’m disabled and I have a brain injury and they would not help me AT all as they don’t have a tech team and there attitude towards there customers are terrible so if ur looking to get anything to do with sign making then I would advise you to go elsewhere because they have no respect in there customers, especially when they are disabled and have a brain injury so I am leaving this report to help you and others not to give them urs or anyone else’s money because they don’t help at all.

Hard to setup with a couple of issues, but good customer service
1. Poor instructions if any on how to set up or build things2. Vinyl included useless when unrolled bumps appear which get crushed in rollers3. Supplied software does very little, can't even vectorize an imported picture4. Doesn't seem to run on other vinyl software5. Customer service has been very helpful regarding the situation, and as passed my comment to the supplier to get this looked into.

Machine is OK
The machine takes some setting up but to get it set up you will need to buy some good vinyl as EVERYTHING that comes with it is utterly useless to the point of not even knowing why they send it with the cutter , the software that comes with it is the most basic and is completely useless which you will need to spend another £80 to upgrade it , all in all not very good for the price payed

Pain in the ass not very good
It's a pain in the ass to try and set up up still haven't been able to do any decent stickers with it the vinyl provided keeps nagging and not very good
