Thunderbirds 2 with Mini 4

Most of this toy is very sturdy, and the level of detail on the Thunderbird 2 and 4 is good. The price is excellent as well.It takes a long time to arrive, presumably shipped from China. Having had it a few weeks there are a couple of stress lines on the retractable legs which suggest to me that these will not last very long with more vigorous play (my 4 year old plays quite sensibly with these things). Also one of the little rods at the front has snapped off, which is only aesthetic but a bit annoying given it is only a few weeks old.Overall it's a great little toy, the buttons to release the pod, let down the legs and make Virgil speak are discreet and fun to use, there's loads of playability and the price is fantastic, but I knock a star off for concerns about quality of the legs.

Being a big kid. I bought this toy for myself (It just sits on my desk at work if you really must know)Opening the package (Which was no easy task) My first impression was that it looked a bit plasticky.It is a decent size though. With the added bonus of some pre-recorded sounds. Good if you're six, but I am a little older than that.I have seen another complaint about the pod falling out, but mine stays locked in place until you press a button at the back to release it.I have an old 1992 Matchbox model which is diecast metal. which is what I am comparing it to. Though my 1992 model is a lot smaller.It is OK for the price. I have awarded it three stars and maybe if it was a tenner, I would have given it four.An OK(ish) buyPS. No number on the pod. Sacrilege!

Good toy, although the legs did bend a little to easy. My son loved it and he even had it with him on playday in his nursery and it was a huge succes, might have something to do with the TV series :D So I can recommend it, neat little parts, different sounds when you push a button. The drop out function works fine, but you have to put it up from below or else you have to use force from above.All in all a fine little toy for the right boy :)

My 3 year old son loves it so far. My only problem is that I had to replace the batteries once already and he's only had it a week! The replacement once only lasted a day. Not sure what's going on.

I got this as a present for my son. My son loves the product and has very good features like the drop down legs. Also it contains Thunderbird 4 in a drop down container as seen. I Gave this product only 2 stars as it was only made with plastic unlike the original Thunderbird toys which were chunks of metal. The plastic makes it seam cheap and breakable. Warning the legs look and are fragile and are only thin plastic. I am writing this review 3 months on and to my surprise the Thunderbird is still in one piece and everything is still working and my son is 4 and is quite ruff with the toy.
