I have purchased both the door sensor and the motion sensor and can confirm they both work directly with Alexa, just set them to pairing mode by holding the button for five seconds and ask Alexa to "Discover Devices" (Echo 4th Generation). Job done!Routines can then be directly set up through the Alexa app without any need to download a third-party app! Sensors are small and unobtrusive and communicate via Zigbee.Left this review as I spent a ridiculous amount of time searching Amazon for sensors like this.

It just didn't work. No sign of an on off button and no instructions supplied. Returned.

So, just set up the sensor and as somebody else also mentioned, it will connect directly to the Alexa home hub, which is why I'm trying it, its early days but is triggering Alexa routines, switching on a landing Light.Was really easy to set up, just ask Alexa to discover devices.As others have mentioned also had to go and buy a new battery as the one in the unit was dead.Will probably buy another one if this one works out OK.

On setting up the motion sensor it appeared to stop working after 5 minutes. On trying to reset it and start the network registration process again it looks like the battery is dead and the sensor isn't being found at all. I'll try buying a new battery to see if this resolves the issue but I wouldn't expect to have to do this with a new product.****Update****** installed a new battery and the sensor now seems to be working fine without issue. Still disappointing that I had to buy a new battery in the first place. Time will tell how long the battery lasts before needing replaced (again!) I will therefore change my rating from 1 to 3 based on my experience with the sensor so far.

Doesn’t work. Don’t bother. Won’t connect to zigbee hub or Amazon echo with built in zigbee. Wasted money on this

I've had three door/window sensors that all stopped working around the six month mark. And for this reason alone I'd advise steering clear of the product if you don't want to buy in to constantly replacing them.The batteries lasted three months and were all changed around the same time. But then, around the six month mark, three units stopped working all within a week or two of each other. No battery changes were able to bring the units back to life.This takes what was a decent product - good range, generally consistent response times - and pretty much ruin it, sadly.

PIR motion sensor not working. Please send replacement for this part.

L'ho montato e configurato con alexa e funziona alla grande, ovviamemte avete bisogno di un gateway altrimenti non va....Lo consiglio

Pack facile à installer, efficace, tout va bien sauf que...Attention :- Le bridge est fourni SANS transformateur USB !!!- Le capteur PIR est mort au bout de 24h; pile à changer

Molto semplice l'attivazione. Abbastanza veloce. Integrato con alexa. Dopo 1 mese la batteria è al 100%. Direi ottimo per ora
