Truly amazing product!
I'm taking Strontium with Ipriflavone and Molybdenum in an effort to strengthen my bones. After a lengthy period of hormonal calcium-stripping, I decided to try and put back what I had lost.I realise I'm not going to be able to completely replace lost bone, as your body's ability to do that slows down after theage of 35. My aim is to slow bone loss down by taking this supplement and hopefully get my strength back enough to beable to go running again.I have been taking lots of calcium for about 2 months and the progress was good, but comparatively slow. Strontium is different, its a much faster-acting substance andto be quite honest, it feels like my body is grateful I'm giving it this stuff, because the healing that I need to take place in my jaw bone has picked up apace.Strontium used to be a mineral found in crops, but because of soil depletion and the introduction of inorganic petro-chemically derived fertilisers (NPK), there is no more Strontiumin soil. However, there are high levels in sea food.Interesting fact: Japan suffers half the fracture rates of European countries but consumes only one third of the calcium we do! The reasonfor this, is that they consume regular Strontium via fish. Once I found out this fact, I decided to source it and do my body a favour. Really pleased I did, saves a lot of time.Update 11/10/16:Through extensive self-experimentation I worked out that taking mineral bone makers is not enough to stabilise calcium stripping. You also have to consume Gelatine to complete the matrix recipe, rather like making concrete, you cannot miss out the cement part! I do this by making up porcine jelly and consuming 2-3 dessertspoons a day with fresh vitamin c, from fruit. I've found out that to make good bone matrix, you have to include the 'glue' part too, which is the jelly, to hold the whole structure together. My bones are now so strong I've finished working on my garden, garage, shed, loft and front garden, now I'm working on charitable community projects! I've also noticed the top of my thigh bone (greater trochanter) is now massive. This never used to be the case and apparently its where we store a lot of calcium for future needs.

Great product
I am newly diagnosed with osteoporosis with a T-score of -3.8 in my spine and -2.8 in my hips. I also have a compression fracture in the T6 vertebrae and Kyphosis as a result of the osteoporosis :(I tried Actonel, and had such a bad reaction, that I was sure it wasn't the route for me.So I did some research on Actonel and found bisphosphonates are bad news anyway, they stop not only old bone from being removed but also stop new bone formation!!So they do exactly what you don't want, stop new bone forming! After a period of time, you would be left with only old, used bone, which would show up denser on x-rays, but would be more brittle, as has now been shown by patients starting to get atypical femur fractures after 5 years on bisphosphonates! So my bad reaction was a lucky break, sparing me all the evils that bisphosphonates would have done to my bones!I looked for a natural approach to the problem, treating the cause of the problem, not trying to patch up the symptoms with drugs, that is where I came across Strontium.I came across a 1 year long COMB (Combination of Micronutirents for Bone) experiment that found that weight bearing exercise, coupled with the nutrients our bones need, gave a better end result than any prescription drugs. This is the natural way, treat the cause of the problem, not just try to patch up the symptoms. The protocol involved in the COMB study was : Strontium Citrate (680mg), magnesium (25mg), daily vitamin D3 (2000 IU), DHA (250mg) K2 (in the form of MK-7 100mcg)In addition daily impact exercise was encouraged. So I ordered these tablets and will post again in a year with hopefully much better T scores!!

Strontium reversed my osteopenia
I had osteopenia in my back and hips but after 2-3 years of taking this the next Dexa scan showed no osteopenia in my hips and very little in my back. The GP was delighted and said I had the bones of a much younger woman. So naturally I stick with it.....

AVOID .... Do your research !
Be really careful as strontium has been removed from UK production due to serious health concerns. Fortunately I showed these to a local pharmacist who advised strongly to avoid as several cases of severe reactions even sudden death have been reported hence removal from production.

Here’s hoping!
I have purchased this product on the basis of anecdotal evidence that it strengthens bones. I am hoping so! I am trying this instead of calcium as recent research seems to indicate that these are ineffective and can sometimes result in bone spurs. The seller was efficient and product was well packaged.
