This is a great item!! I purchased it for my 150 lb heavy bag and mounted fastened it to a rafter beam. Seams very reliable and works well.

If for some reason you wanted to spin your bag for infinity, this would do it. The ball bearings are smooth as silk, as you’d expect. It’s very well made, high quality materials, easy to use and install- it just mounts to a single joist with lag bolts. Highly recommend.

Looks Great and works a lot better than the chain I had over a wooden beam.I just screwed the bolts into the beam and it works brilliantly.Very easy to do and looks to made of strong material.Very happy.
