Scratches easily and wrong size washers
I have to agree with some of the other people who purchased this - the grommets included with the extender are the wrong size - maybe off by millimeters - what happens is when you begin to tighten the connection onto your existing line, the grommet slips inside the shower head and does not create a proper seal. This causes water to drip/leak. this requires you to go buy the proper size.Also when tightening, the end which connects to your existing line is smooth and requires you to use a vice grip or adjustable wrench, which causes the pipe to scratch very easily.Does it work? Eventually. Do I like it? Meh. It gets the job done but could be better.
