I bought a pair for myself and another for my husband. My inserts are working okay but it does take a little while to get use to them but within a week they feel much better. However, my husbands pair has one side that the inner lining has come apart from the insert and gets under his foot and is painful when he walks. Currently trying to correct this problem with Amazon and the company. Will let you know how that goes.
