There isn't any model or id# indicated anywhere on the case, inside or out.

Q: Will the Omron 3 series monitor fit in this case?

Not sure. I have the Omron BP742N and it fits perfect

Q: I understand this co2crea case fits the bp7450 and hem-fl31 cuff. does it also fit the power adapter in the case with the unit and cuff?

To answer your question CC, yes the adapter does fit ok in the case but...... the unit must be removed to plug in as there is no relief for the cord on that side of the case !? However mine runs fine on batteries for about 150-200 readings, so I don't use my adapter. It would be nice if they made the case to fit the plug though.
