really good! helps me a lot, only problem is the page with the whitening teeth mine came with already white teeth but overall love it :)

This book was okay for my daughter for a couple of pages and then she got bored quickly. She found it to be repetitive on some pages.

Bought for my daughter. This book has helped her in a way even her counsellor has not been able too.So much easier when she can read at her own pace then come ask both me and her dad.Makes talking about it less… stressful for us all. I would definitely recommend. Even for adults. Some good insight.

I was expecting the book to be fuller and bigger , every one written page there is a blank one.I thought it was a bit pricey because of this.

I have brought two now one for my daughter and one for my niece my daughter is 21 and autistic my niece is 12 also autistic and they both use art and creativity to help with anxiety and to help express there feelings this books is helping them both in different ways thank you so much for creating this amazing book for others

It is more of an activity book and pay just to keep me distracted then it is a coping mechanism and ideas to help you cope it’s more pages that you can do and keep yourself distracted by completing the book but it does not help with mental health it just helps with distraction

I felt I had to write a review after seeing the negative ones. If you view this as a book “empty pages” then yes its over priced. But thats not what this book is. Its a distraction tool that works very well and has been invaluable to my teen. Its well worth the money, its worked really well for her and I will buy another when its full.
