I love these bookends. I bought a "used" pair that had been returned by another buyer. They arrived in perfect condition. Of course, they are made of resin and not brass but the description made that perfectly clear. These are sturdy enough to hold up my books. I love the way they look!

If this is supposed to be light weight then it works great!
I would give a lower star rating, however they did work very easily with me on a return. I LOVE the look of it and for decor this is great!!! I just don't like that it was so light weight it didn't actually support my books on stand alone shelf. The books knocked the bookend off and smashed it's head. So if you're looking to hold up magazines or something else light then this is a perfect product!

They look nice but they are light, expecting them to be heavier. I question if they can truly function as bookends.

Beautiful! The first set I ordered was shattered in pieces so I had to reorder. They are very light weight and thin but absolutely beautiful. Now I just have to keep my kids away from them.

Bought these for my 8 year olds wolf themed room and they drove him crazy. They a great holding up his books on his shelf and they are very sturdy.
