Very nice!
Works and looks great. Only flaw is that the temp is only on top so it cannot be seen from across the room.

Lasted 2 months
Worked pretty well for 2 months after purchase. Now it shuts down after a few minutes of use for literally no reason. It's not even close to the temp we have it set at so it's not like it's overheating. Not a good purchase!

design issues
remote panel on top of the tower is useless. you cannot see what you are setting unless you are looking down at it which means you have to be at least within 3 feet.

You have to be directly in front of it for remote to work. Minor inconvenience. Its tall so u dont have to set it on a chair or stool to feel heat especially if your sitting on couch. I really like it and so does my 2 jack russels.

Happy and Warm
I purchased 2 of these and we use them multiple times a day. Perfect to knock off the morning chill in a room or warm up after being out in the cold.The cat loves to watch the fake flames in the bottom. I feel safer knowing this heater will not turn on if it isn't on a level surface. If it gets bumped or knocked over it immediately shuts off.
