Definitely Chinese sizing. Go by the measurements not your US size. I wear an 18/20 and the 4X is just loose enough. I am so glad I paid attention to the reviews!

I ordered large because they didn’t have medium and they are huge. I’m about your size minus two inches. I can still wear them, though.

I tried to roll mine but the roll kept coming undone. I’m 5’7” and they came to my ankle. Super cute and I always get compliments when I wear!
