Finicky. Poorly made.
I got this for my daughter's 1st birthday. She lights up when she sees Mickey, and loves to carry stuff around (especially if it lights up and plays music) so I thought this would be perfect. It almost never works. You have to hit it just so for the music to come on, and even then it usually only plays snippets. We've never gotten it working longer than about 15 seconds at a time. I am super disappointed in this product. If it worked properly, this would've been a huge hit with her. I'm glad we had other stuff for her! I would absolutely not recommend this toy. Also, as other reviewers have noted, there are no words to the songs. Wasn't a deal breaker for us, but good to know.

Somewhat disappointed
The songs that come with this are just the music. I was hoping that it would have the words sung along with it. Probably didn't look closely enough at the description. If I had, I would not have paid as much as I did for the player.

This product is made very poorly and not for a child. It is very hard to keep it closed to actually play the music, it takes many attempts and just the right touch. The extra cds are stored in Mickey's ear, however, they fit so tightly I can barely get them in and out. The nursery rhymes are also just the music with no words so it is not fun for my toddler to dance and sing along which was the whole reason I bought this. This is very cheap and a waste of money - do not purchase.

Don’t buy
Don’t buy. The product doesn’t even play the songs that it claims to play. And the songs they do play are just one verse lines so the child can’t even sing along or even hear a full song. My son didn’t even like it. He’s 2

Entertaining!
4 stars not 5 because it is just the music no words. My child still really likes it, but we would both love it, if it had the words as well. Easy for a young child to use. On off switch on the back. Not to loud.

Great toy
Great toy. WILL NOT PLAY CDS. I don’t know why anyone’s expecting this child’s toy to play CDs. It only plays the rhymes not the lyrics but the kids love it the same. It’s durable and has great volume. The kids love the little flashing light and dancing to the music.

Was good when it worked
It was my sons favorite toy but broke in the first week. Disappointing for a more expensive toy!

Good for a two year old
This is good for the price but the sound quality is not the best. Great for our two year old since he's not quite ready for a "real" cd player.

It did not play other CDs other than the ones ...
It did not play other CDs other than the ones that came with the machine. In addition, there were supposed to be 4 Disney CDs and we only received 3. Had to return -
