I love the chain it’s beautiful but when it arrived I received a damaged one and the clasps wouldn’t lock 🔐 rather than send it back i took it to a jeweller who charged me £20 to fix it I was wondering would seller please refund me the £20 as a good will gesture because other than that it’s fantastic.

Haven’t even worn yet and already this item is discolouring and appears to be revealing a copperish colour underneath! Safe to say I am incredibly disappointed as it is meant to be sterling silver but is clearly only silver plated. What a waste of money!

It was supposed to be a 16" chain but only measured 14" between hook and eye their was a 2" safety chain which although a lot thinner seemed to have been included in length as advertised as adults was disappointed no way to fit shame as quality good did not return as fits child

Bought 2 different styles of the 5.5mm chain in 55cm length as a gift for my sons. They both loved the chains but one them had a broken clasp. My son was really disappointed and I have had to send his gift back. Hoping to buy another one on replacement but am worried about how long the clasp is going to last…..the styles of the chains themselves were nice and both had the silver hallmark printed on them. Arrived in a plastic bag in a small envelope.

Great deal and looks awesome, I wear it every wear, in the shower, pool and at work and still looks like its brand new. highly recommend!!
