Unfortunately, I've been reluctant to try on the item, because it has been used by someone before. Although both tagged and bagged as a brand new item, the hairbrella itself had previously been used, as there was both hair and make-up on the lining. If there were a way that I could clean it, other than maybe dousing it with sanitiser, I would, but I actually shouldn't have to. The item description ought to have described the item as 'used' so that I could choose whether I wanted to buy it or not.
