Excellent Well Built Quiet Dryer. The 9 series has lots of feature many I probably will never use. I did want the wrinkle care setting helps to tumble when you don't have the time to get to it right away. Like waiting for the next commercial during your favorite TV show,Only complaint so far is it tends to runs hotter than my last dryer. Adjusting the temp to damp or near dry helps a lot.I left off one star from a perfect score as my dryer was delivered not working.. Waited two days for a SQ authorized repairman.A wire connector on the electronic controls was left unhooked. Surprised it passed the QC inspector, Expected more from Speed Queen,Hope to have many years of trouble free service..
