Love this privacy window! It’s perfect for our windows. It was really easy to cut and have it perfectly sized for our windows. The instructions that came with the product made it really simple to stick. It took me around 30-45 mins to install it which is great. I love the pattern, it’s cute while also providing us with the privacy we need. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again

This is a good product. I really like the pattern. Installation requires patience and planning. The sidelights pictured are 58x15 and I did not want to piece the panel so it took 1 full roll to do 2 panels. Tips: use a rotary cutter; the film needs lots of clear water on window to stick. It repositions easily. Make sure your water is not highly mineralized or you will have spots on opposite view. I didn't use soap. Definitely need a squeegee for bubbles. Once large bubbles are gone and it's positioned and trimmed, use a damp microfiber cloth to smooth out film and remove small bubbles. This should be done several times and carefully. I would repurchase. I bought it for security. The zoomed picture shows the window and there is a large tree on the other side.

I bought and installed the vinyl window covering about a year and a half ago and after six months I had all the windows in my house replaced and I was able to reuse the vinyl without issues.Definitely want to follow the directions. Be sure to clean your windows with a product that does not leave residue. If you clean it with Windex, go back over it with a cloth with water that does not leave lint. Do not clean it with a paper towel because a lot of the tiny specs from the paper towel will stick to your window.I also recommend purchasing a vinyl squeegee to make the job a lot easier and professional looking. I also used a ruler and tape measure. Measure twice, cut once. Take your time and do the job right and you won’t have any bubbles or peeling.

I have been putting window film on different windows in my house for years, so I am fairly sufficient in putting up window film. This film did not disappoint, it is of very high quality, very little smell when coming out of the packaging, and went up without an issue. This design is perfect for my mid century styled master bedroom, and provides excellent privacy when my curtains are open. I love having my curtains open for natural lighting, but did not enjoy my neighbor possibly seeing into my bedroom. As a hint if you are having issues installing this film. Make sure you remove the protective clear plastic before installing the film, if you leave this on, there is no way this will stick to your windows. Also, if you plan on using water but you have hard water, use a window cleaner to spray on instead, that way your windows are clean under the film and do not look spotty from the outside.

I was surprised that the backing was not sticky. This may have been my own lack of reading the details. It is wet application that requires you to spray with water and then apply and push out the water. No big deal, just had to put a towel under my project. Worked great. Was easy to move and get placed. Thick material that would take a LOT of pressure to tear. Once it was dried, it is not going anywhere that's for sure. I didn't want the film too sheer, and its perfect. Wanted it to hide the shelving on an old metal cabinet I had restored for my craft room.I would and have recommended this product.Just wish it wasn't wet application.
