I got this to help my 14 year old son with his anxiety. While there are useful tips I think it would be more useful for a younger child - probably under ten.

Reasonable, but only for totally new to the subject!
We have been working with my 7 year old for some time and I feel by the time a child is at a reasonable age, their parents should have covered most of this content with them already. Nicely written, but nothing to help our family or boy sadly.

This is great for kids struggling in lockdown with focus.
We were recommended to get this to help with children who struggle to concentrate at school. With the lockdown this is a great product to help explain some issues and how to address them in a very practical way. Fully recommend

Superb resource for children with sensory difficulties (and the adults who support them))
Written to support a child begin to understand strategies to help self-regulation. Absolutely brilliant. Found one of my pupils completely absorbed in the text, which I'd left on his table to look at with him!

Written for a young person to read enabling them to understand exactly what strategies to use to help them and why they work. Beautifully illustrated. I am recommending this in my work almost daily and getting good feedback from schools and pupils.
