Q: Anyone know what temperature the 'low' setting cooks at? currently the one I have boils everything on low. I have a 1.5 when on low it does not boil

Every slow cooker I have ever had "boils everything on low" once it gets to boiling temperature. The point to the low setting is that it takes longer to get to where it boils so the food cooks more slowly. If you don't want it to boil, set it to warm - and it will boil there too if the food is already at boiling temp.

Q: how do i buy a replacement ceramic bowl? i broke mine in 5 minutes knocked it off the counter with backpack aww

Unfortunately, by the time you can find the replacement part & pay shipping & handling for it, you might as well just purchase another one thru Amazon. Bummer! You might check Amazon and see if they have a replacement part.
