Lucky: Little Guy, BIG Mission Hardcover – August 10, 2021

This is a precious book with a wonderful message. Although it could be considered a children’s book with the lovely illustrations, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and my husband did as well. We can’t wait to share the book with our grandchildren. I appreciated learning about Christy’s story as well as learning about the history of what sounds like the world’s most delicious candy store! I want to plan a visit. The dog Lucky is an inspiration!

I liked this book most because of the real story of a Veteran, her Service dog, her Service dogs, and all the beautiful qualities of being kind to others. This book was a gift to my teenage sons.

I purchased this book for my son after meeting Lucky and Cristy. It is a great story and the artwork is amazing.

Great book.

What a great story of overcoming obstacles and adversity. I love that this shows children that no matter what you look like on the outside, you can still do anything and everything someone else can do. My son was born with a Club Foot and it was cool to see him empathize with Lucky through this book and through Facebook. Christy and Moxie are an amazing team! I'm happy Lucky was trained by the best! Great book, great illustration (really spot on for Mox, Christy, and Lucky). I enjoyed the follow up as well. Can't wait to see more Adventures of Lucky, Little Guy....BIG Mission

This is an excellent book. My grandchildren loved it. We had to read it three nights in a row. The story teaches children that even though someone might be different that it is not ok to bully them. We all have abilities, we might just do them differently. Moxie and Christy are great role models who take Lucky under their wing and teach him that although he might be different he is still wonderful. This book is based on a true story.
