ROBLOX Lua: Scripting for Beginners

Excellent book for my 10 year old son. He hasn't put it down since receiving it! He wanted to learn how to build his own game, and the videos on YouTube just didn't give him enough of what he needed. This book allowed him to gain all of the knowledge he needed to get going! Highly recommend!

It is ok for kids or teens but you can't expect to do anything interesting after reading it. I'd recommend using it with online resources ([...])

Arrived on time and as expected.

Son really likes roblox but this was not what he wanted but he enjoys reading it. To young for where he is at within building/playing of this game.

The first few chapters provide a good, if very basic, intro. Problems start from page 53. The Stats object is depreciated so this example will not work. Running a Google search on this doesn't give any simple solution. Please, can author provide a fix for this? Without a fix it is not posible to continue further with this book
