The product is not compatible with plugs or power in the UAE. The seller is requiring that I send him the product covering the shipping cost and with the condition that if he is satisfied with what he sees, he will refund me. I am more than happy to return but the seller is the one that should be picking up the package and covering the expenses as is their mistake. Amazon Customer Service is intervening with a claim since the error is theirs and the product is unusable in the UAE. Avoid losing your time dealing with this seller and look somewhere else.

At home, I use the Revlon One-Step Volumizer hair wand/brush to dry and style my hair. I ordered this compact size hoping it will work similar and took this with me on a cruise even though the cruise ships provided hair dryers. This compact brush worked great. I love not having to hold a brush in one hand and the dryer in the other hand. Styling my hair is so much easier with a brush and air dry combo.

Great for pixie styling.

I bought this compact heated hair brush for a trip and it actually heats up better than a full-size version I have at home. This brush does not straighten per se in that it is no replacement for a flat iron; however, it does help to smooth the hair and control frizz. My hair is medium thickness and slightly wavy. I prefer trying to work with my hair's natural texture than fight it with excessive heat tools, so I keep my routine simple: wash, treat, dry, brush, and spray. This tool fits perfectly into that routine and its compact size makes it perfect for travel. Highly recommended!One note: In writing this review, one of the star ratings requested was for drying power. This is NOT a drying tool--it is a styling tool.

I ordered one and it didn’t work at all despite watching the video. (Others must’ve had same problem.) So I reported it to customer service. Within the same day I got a new one that worked sent and received. It’s hand for my upcoming travel to give my thin hair a pick up curl it needs. It’s a great size and not hard to work to be effective.The returned one got dropped off at Kohl’s and they took care of return for me.Couldn’t be more pleased.
