Good stretching tool
Good tool for stretching IF you know proper form and technique. Without the right technique not useful and possibly harmful. Get advice from professional physical therapist or professional exercise/sports trainer

Too stiff, poor release
I sent it back, it was not quick release, but stiff and the buckle did not slide smoothly or provide quick release.
